Tracking
Numbers become available at the Caster City office the day after your order is
shipped. We normally will not know the status of your shipment until our
assembly plant returns your "fulfilled" order.
If you've given us a valid email address, we
email your tracking number to you. Check your email and spam filter. If you
haven't gotten an email, you can track your order here.
- To Track your Website Order: When you
placed your order, you would have received both a printable receipt and an
email receipt. Your order number is on both of those documents. When you enter
your Website Order Number, put an E in front
of the order number. ie. Your order number was 5596, you would enter it as
E5596.
- The 2nd piece of information needed is the
Ship to: Zip Code for your order. If you gave us a full 9 digit Zip
Code, enter the full 9 digit Zip Code ( XXXXX-XXXX ). We need your Zip Code
exactly as you gave it to us.
- Both of these numbers will provide us with a
"unique" search to find your shipping details.
If you do not find your order in our database,
it may not have been inputed by our Order Entry Dept. yet. If you are looking
for older information, our online database only contains about 30 days of
history. Call the office with your request. Please see our shipping policies for more
