| Pneumatic wheels with black tires do not mark the floor as
long as the wheel is allowed to roll. Changing directions without allowing a
swivel caster to turn gradually around, or dragging a black rubber wheel
sideways, can mark some floors. Choose pneumatic casters with confidence because there is nothing more noise absorbing and shock isolating than air filled pneumatic wheels. When selecting a pneumatic caster, remember that capacity ratings are based on loads being moved manually with the proper tire inflation. If you consider maintaining the proper air pressure in a pneumatic wheel a maintenance chore, then consider our Foam Filled Pneumatic Casters or our Pneumatic Caster Alternative. Please contact us for a recommendation if you need pneumatic casters to be moved with mechanically powered equipment. All of our pneumatic casters come with ball bearings in the pneumatic wheels. If you want to provide a cushioned ride for sensitive materials, whether they are glass, ceramics or school band instruments, select from our pneumatic casters or contact us for assistance. |

If you're looking for a
6" Pneumatic or a "Pneumatic like" caster, these Super Cushion Rubber Casters
are available in both 6" and 8" Models. SUPER CUSHION rubber caster wheels provide a cushioned ride, shock absorption and quiet operation. They can be used outdoors on grass or dirt but are not recommended for use on gravel. They are as resilient as pneumatics with none of the maintenance problems associated with air filled wheels. |

Bearing Size We have 4 different options for Ball Bearings. Standard Ball Bearings are available in either 1/2" ID or 3/4" ID. If you have a 1/2" axle and that axle goes directly into the bearing of the wheel, order 1/2" bearing. If your axle goes into "Top Hat Spanners" keep those Spanners from your old wheels and order the 3/4" bearing option. Precision Sealed Ball Bearings are also available in both sizes for an additional cost. |

indicated. NOT to be used above 3 mph. For manual use ONLY. You should never select on the basis of load capacity alone. Capacity ratings do not take into account the effort required to manually move a load. Capacity ratings are based on manual operation under ideal conditions. If these casters are going to be moved by mechanically powered equipment, consult us for a reduced capacity rating based on your application. |
