casters have a low initial cost. They were designed for intermittent usage (
light duty ) on manually moved equipment, rolling on smooth floors, in
applications where there is no abuse. The swivel consists of one row of balls
rotating on an unhardened raceway. The wheels have a Plain Bore ( PB ). Despite
the lack of a double ball bearing swivel turning on hardened raceways and the
absence of an anti-friction bearing in the wheels, this caster holds up
amazingly well in many applications. You may want to consider our caster Model
3. It represents a better return on your investment because it provides higher
capacity, easier rolling, longer caster life and a wider selection of wheels.
