Polyurethane on Aluminum Caster Wheels
These caster wheels are liquid cast polyurethane on aluminum centers. They are especially suited for use in Research Laboratories, Hospitals, Food Service, Schools, Bakeries and other Institutional applications.

These caster wheels are easier rolling than Gray Rubber on smooth floors. They withstand exposure to many chemicals and solvents. They can be used in industrial applications which do not involve shock, overloading, abuse, obstructions, poor floors or storage ( standing ) loads.
  • Polyurethane elastomer tread chemically bonded to a light-weight aluminum core.
  • 1 1/4" wide wheels have Ball Bearings.
  • 2" wide wheels have Precision Sealed Ball Bearings.
  • Durometer: 95 Shore A (+/-5).
  • Temperature range: -40° F to 180° F.

You should never select on the basis of load capacity alone. Capacity ratings do not take into account the effort required to manually move a load. Capacity ratings are based on manual operation under ideal conditions. If these wheels are going to be moved by mechanically powered equipment, consult us for a reduced capacity rating based on your application.
