They are made with high performance non-marking
polyurethane tires. When used in this caster, the maximum recommended speed
is 3 miles per hour.
Each wheel has two independent rotating surfaces
which enhance capacity and swivel ease.
They are ergonomically designed to minimize the
force required to initially start an object as well as the force required to
keep it in motion.
They improve safety for your employees by reducing
the risk of injury.
The heavy duty aluminum centers are equipped with
extra large sealed precision ball bearings which require NO maintenance.
These wheels have a higher carrying capacity and
roll easier than any other polyurethane wheel of the same diameter having the
same size footprint and hardness.
Crown Tread is recommended for use on carpet
ONLY. Flat Tread is to be used for all other applications

The caster brackets have a capacity rating based on
a speed of up to 3 M.P.H. on smooth floors with no obstructions or shockloads.
For speeds above 3 miles per hour please contact us for a
recommendation.
The dual wheel design provides a greater load
capacity with a low caster overall height. It also improves stability and floor
protection by spreading the load over more floor surface.
Swivel Bearing consists of Two precision
machined and hardened raceways. Other brands offer only a single row of
balls.
There is No Center Pin to bend or
break.
The swivel has a threaded 45º angle grease
fitting for easy maintenance.
The bracket is painted with a high gloss black
finish.

We
suggest that you do NOT drill the mounting holes to attach the casters until
you receive them.
