The Plate Caster Model 150 with a Ultra High Capacity Polymer wheel has been designed for the most massive caster application that can be solved with a single wheel plate caster. Plate Caster Model 150s can handle loads up to 20,000 lbs on each plate caster are moved with mechanically powered equipment. Features: easier rotations, diminished vibration, and longstanding caster performance. The metal frames are zinc plated for rust avoidance, and all mobile parts have lubrication fittings.
In a manufacturing facility where carts carry heavy loads across the floor, Caster City’s Heavy Duty Industrial Caster – Model 150 handles the task with a 20,000 lbs capacity, an 8-1/2” x 8-1/2” top plate, and 7” x 7” bolt hole spacing, using a precision machined 7” swivel bearing and 1-1/4” tapered roller bearings for steady operation at speeds up to 3 mph.
