Model 100 Plate Caster with Forged Steel and Tapered RB has a load capacity rating of up to 20,000 lbs. Model 100 swivel casters are built and designed for longer performance with a precision machined swivel bearing to provide better swiveling and reduced swivel vibration. Due to the extreme weight loads, these plate case model 100s are moved primarily with mechanically powered machines. They include a cross bar welded between the legs for added strength against abuse, lubricated fittings, and zinc coated plates for rust. Add Ons: a face contact wheel brake to lock the wheel and a swivel lock to convert a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight line travel.
