Plate Caster Model 100 with a High Capacity Polymer Wheel has a load capacity rating of up to 10,000 lbs. The Model 100 swivel caster is designed to have a precision machined swivel bearing to provide smoother swiveling, reduced turn vibration, and longer lasting performance. With the very high weight loads that are needed, the model 100 plate casters are moved solely with mechanically powered machines. There are grease fittings for all adjustable parts and metal frames are zinc plated for rust prevention. Options include a cross bar welded between the legs for added strength against abuse, a face contact wheel brake to lock the wheel, and a swivel lock to convert a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight line travel.
