Stainless Steel Stem G15 is our highest capacity stainless steel stem caster available with stainless stem diameters of ¾” and 1” available. It’s precision machined swivel bearing contains a combination load and thrust bearing which enables easier swiveling and reduced swivel vibration. This caster uses the same 2” wide wheels as Stainless Steel Model 9, offering a wide range of wheel material and bearings. This stainless steel stem caster is a kingpinless design, meaning there is no integral center pin that can fail. This stainless steel swivel caster is intended for manually operated applications only, please consult with us if powered equipment is to be used. Stem casters should never be used as a leveling device, when installing this caster please thread it in fully to distribute the load across the swivel bearing. If your stainless steel application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.

Caster City Phenolic wheels are a hard composition caster wheel which are non-marking in nature, making them excellent for supporting heavy stationary loads for long periods of time. Phenolic can not develop a flat spot if left parked for a long period under load, and the wheel is capable of withstanding shock loads and the impacts of small obstructions. Phenolic is capable of absorbing chemicals and water if it is given excessive exposure, if your application is wet consider a different wheel. Phenolic caster wheels come standard with a roller bearing and have precision sealed ball bearings as an option. This wheel comes in diameters ranging from 3” to 18” and the width of the wheels ranges from 1-¼” to 4”.
