Description

4″ Black/Gray Polyurethane Wheel. Brake Locks both the Swivel and Wheel Shown in photo with 5″ wheels. This Total Locking Stainless Caster Model 3A is our stainless steel total locking institutional caster which uses the same Model 3 1-¼” wide wheels. This caster is made using a stamped steel construction. This plate caster uses a ⅜” diameter axle and the swivel caster raceway is held together by a ½” diameter rivet. This plate caster’s brackets hold two rows of balls which change direction more easily. There is a solid cover over the swivel raceways to shield them from dirt and dust. This plate caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs on a set of 4 Model 3A casters. The Total Locking Stainless Caster Model 3A is excellent for medical equipment.
