4″ Gray Soft Rubber Wheel.Precision Sealed Ball Bearings. Shown with 5″ Wheel. K3 plate caster is made of stamped steel that is zinc plated to resist corrosion. This rigid caster uses a ⅜” diameter axle. This caster’s larger plate size makes it easier to fabricate with, which is it’s primary selling point. Institutional plate casters of this size are not intended to hold more than 1200 lbs on four of them, please consult with us at Caster City for assistance.

This caster comes with a gray, non-marking, injection molded thermoplastic rubber tire mechanically bonded to a polyolefin center. This caster wheel is 1-¼” wide and is designed to use a ⅜” axle.This soft gray rubber caster wheel comes with a durometer of 90-95A, making it excellent for indoor usage on smooth surfaces to reduice noise and vibration. This institutional gray soft rubber caster wheel is completed with plastic thread guards which act as spanner bushings for the sealed precision ball bearing in the center of the hub, providing ample protection for the bearing from direct moisture contact. Injection molded caster wheels are not designed to carry large amounts of weight in static load applications, please consult with us for a better choice.
