Description

4″ Hard Rubber Ball Bearing Wheel. Shown with 5″ Wheel. The K3 Frames are made from stamped steel and are zinc plated for corrosion resistance. This plate caster uses a ⅜” diameter axle and the swivel caster raceway is held together by a ½” diameter rivet. This institutional plate caster is constructed with two ball bearings for enhanced swiveling and changing directions. There is a solid cover over the swivel raceways to shield them from dirt and dust. This caster’s larger plate size makes it easier to fabricate with, which is it’s primary selling point. This plate caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs on a set of 4 Model K3 casters.
