4″ Phenolic Wheel. Size shown in photo is 6 x 2. The Stainless Steel plate caster G15 is the beginning of our kingpinless design plate casters for corrosive applications. The swivel bearing is a precision machined construction containing one row of ball bearings which act as thrust and load bearing. This caster uses the same 2” wide wheels as Stainless Steel Model 9, offering a wide range of wheel material and bearings for optimal performance on any application. This Stainless Steel caster has an electrolytic finishing for smoothness and polishing. This stainless steel swivel caster is intended for manually operated applications only, please consult with us if powered equipment is to be used. The head of the axle bolt and the swivel bearing both have grease fittings standard. The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. If your Stainless Steel Caster Model G15 application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.

Caster City Phenolic wheels are a hard composition caster wheel which are non-marking in nature, making them excellent for supporting heavy stationary loads for long periods of time. This phenolic caster wheel can not develop flat spots and the wheel is capable of withstanding the impacts of small obstructions or shock loads. Phenolic can absorb water and other chemicals if excessive exposure occurs. Phenolic caster wheels come standard with a roller bearing and have precision sealed ball bearings as an option. This wheel comes in diameters ranging from 3” to 18” and the width of the wheels ranges from 1-¼” to 4”.
