Description
4″ Red/Gray Polyurethane on Polyolefin. Swivel Bearing Seal & Grease Fitting. Shown in photo with 5″ wheels. Stainless Steel Stem Caster Model 3 is made using a stamped steel construction and is excellent for corrosive applications. This stainless steel stem caster uses an axle bolt with a diameter of ⅜”, and this stainless steel stem caster has it’s swivel bearing held together by a ½” rivet. The swivel bearing of stainless steel stem Caster Model 3 is defined by two rows of ball bearings to help with thrust loads and changing direction. There is a solid cover over the swivel raceways to shield them from dirt and dust. The Stainless Steel Stem Caster Model 3 performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1000 lbs on a set of 4 Model 3 casters.
