Stainless Steel Stem G15 is our highest capacity stainless steel stem caster available with stainless stem diameters of ¾” and 1” available. It’s precision machined swivel bearing contains a combination load and thrust bearing which enables easier swiveling and reduced swivel vibration. This stainless steel caster uses 2” wide wheels that come with a variety of bearing choices to suit your application. This stainless steel stem caster is a kingpinless design, meaning there is no integral center pin that can fail. Stainless steel stem caster G15 uses a ½” diameter axle bolt with grease fitting, and it’s rated capacity is up to 1500lbs per caster. This stainless steel stem caster is not intended to be used as a leveling device, doing so will cause it to fail prematurely. If your stainless steel application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.

Phenolic caster wheels are a hard composition, non-marking wheel that is excellent for large loads that do not move often. Phenolic caster wheels are capable of withstanding the impact shocks of obstructions or shock loads, and will not develop a flat spot if left parked for a prolonged period. Phenolic can absorb water and other chemicals if excessive exposure occurs. Caster City has designed this wheel to either have a precision sealed ball bearing or a roller bearing in the wheel. This wheel comes in diameters ranging from 3” to 18” and the width of the wheels ranges from 1-¼” to 4”.
