The stainless steel model 9 rigid caster is made from 304 stamped stainless steel and stands up to corrosive environments well, especially suitable for washdowns due to having a simple design. The legs of this caster and the mounting plate are made from ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This G15 SS caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. This stainless steel rigid caster uses a 1/2” diameter axle. Rigid casters are most commonly selected when price is a factor, or if you need to travel in a straight line over long distances. This Stainless Steel Model 9 caster performs best if you limit the load to no more than 1200 lbs per rigid caster.
