Description
Rigid Plate Model 9 Caster is the matching plate caster for the Plate Swivel Caster 9. When manually moving equipment supported by four swivel casters it can be strenuous to tough the direction you are pulling or pushing. Rigid casters help in controlling equipment being moved in straight line travel. Equipment with both rigid casters can not move sideways. Rigid Casters are usually installed at the opposite end of the push handle. Main Features Include: 2 perpendicular legs on the mounting plate, leg thickness: 1/4”, axle diameter: 1/2”, hub width 2 7/16”, and built with stamped steel. Rigid Casters can carry more weight than swivels because they do not have an offset. Other mounting plate sizes and wheel bearing types are available on request.
