4″ Welded Disc Polyurethane Wheel . Shown in photo with 5″ wheels. Rigid Caster SS K3A are formed with stamped 304 stainless steel. The K3A rigid is a cold forged one piece construction. The mounting plate is 2 3/8” x 3 5/8” and the hole pattern is slotted to : 1 3/4” x 2 7/8” – 3”. This rigid caster is chosen when you need to steer in a direct line and you do not require swivel capabilities. This rigid caster uses a 3/8” diameter axle bolt with a latching nut. You can order a lube axle with a grease fitting in the bold head if you need to grease a wheel The K3A Rigid was designed for hand powered applications only. It is not built to handle industrial abuse in any way or kind When hand powering loads, select the bigger practical diameter. K3A rigid caster and some of the wheels it offers are NSF and ROHS compliant.

The welded disc polyurethane caster wheel is constructed from 2 separate stainless steel discs that have a premium polyurethane tire molded to the center. Caster City has designed this caster wheel to use ⅜” stainless steel annular ball bearings. The welded disc polyurethane wheel is an excellent choice for applications that exposes wheels to cleaning agents, steam, caustic solutions, or other corrosive agents which could cause rust or corrosion. Caster City has designed this wheel to come in either 4” or 5” diameters and the tire is 1-¼” wide. The welded disc polyurethane wheel has a temperature range of -40°F to +180°F and the durometer of the polyurethane is 95A(+/-5).
