Description
6″ Gray Soft Rubber ( Flat ) Wheel. Stainless Precision Sealed Ball Bearings in the Wheel. Size shown in photo is 6 x 2. Choose Stem Above. The Stainless Steel Stem G15 is our highest capacity stainless steel stem caster available with stainless stem diameters of ¾” and 1” available. The swivel bearing is a precision machined construction containing one row of ball bearings which act as thrust and load bearing. This stainless steel caster uses 2” wide wheels that come with a variety of bearing choices to suit your application. This stainless steel stem caster is a kingpinless design, meaning there is no integral center pin that can fail. This stainless steel caster is designed with a ½” axle and it’s maximum rated capacity is 1500lbs per swivel caster. This stainless steel stem caster is not intended to be used as a leveling device, doing so will cause it to fail prematurely. If your stainless steel application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.
Soft gray rubber wheels like the “RF” caster wheel are non-marking rubber tires that are injection molded to an industrial plastic center. The axle diameter of this caster wheel is 1/2” and the width of the wheel is 2”. These caster wheels should not be left standing under load for extended periods as the tires may take a permanent “set” or develop flat spots. This caster wheel has a durometer of 90-95 A which assists in vibration and noise dampening.
