6″ Phenolic Wheel. Size shown in photo is 6 x 2. The G15 Stainless Steel swivel caster is the beginning of our kingpinless design plate casters for corrosive applications. It’s precision machined swivel bearing contains a combination load and thrust bearing which enables easier swiveling and reduced swivel vibration. This G15 caster uses the same 2” wide wheels as Stainless Steel Model 9, offering a wide range of wheel material and bearings for optimal performance on any application. This Stainless Steel caster has an electrolytic finishing for smoothness and polishing. This stainless steel swivel caster is intended for manually operated applications only, please consult with us if powered equipment is to be used. The head of the axle bolt and the swivel bearing both have grease fittings standard. The mounting plate and legs of the caster are ¼” thick 304 stainless steel. This caster is ROHS and NSF compliant. If your Stainless Steel Caster Model G15 application calls for more than 6000lbs of total weight on four casters, please consult with us for a recommendation.

Phenolic caster wheels make an excellent, low cost choice for supporting high standing loads that move infrequently. This phenolic caster wheel can not develop flat spots and the wheel is capable of withstanding the impacts of small obstructions or shock loads. Phenolic is capable of absorbing chemicals and water if it is given excessive exposure, if your application is wet consider a different wheel. Phenolic caster wheels come standard with a roller bearing and have precision sealed ball bearings as an option. This wheel comes in diameters ranging from 3” to 18” and the width of the wheels ranges from 1-¼” to 4”.
