Description
The Plate Caster Model 50 with Polyurethane on Iron Wheel- Slight Crown utilizes the same caster wheels that are shown in the Model 30 plate caster. The difference is the plate caster model 50 has a thicker legs and bigger mounting plate. This allows for heavier loads and more laborious service. The swivel bearing is built for superior performance on both manually moved and machine powered equipment. Popular options include a face contact wheel brake to lock the caster wheels, and a manually operated swivel lock that converts a swivel caster into a rigid caster for direct line travel. There are grease fittings for all moveable parts, and the metal frames are zinc plated for rust protection.
