Plate Caster Model 100 with Extra Heavy Duty Polyurethane on Iron has a load capacity rating of up to 10,000 lbs. The Model 100 swivel plate casters are built to provide easier swiveling, diminished swivel vibration, and difficulty free performance. With exceptionally high loads in mind, model 100 plate casters are moved primarily with mechanically powered machinery. Options include a cross bar welded between the legs for added strength against abuse, a face contact wheel brake to lock the wheel, and a swivel lock to convert a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight line travel. There are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts, and the metal frames are zinc plated for rust protection.
