Description

Ductile Steel – Tapered RB Model 100 plate casters have a load capacity rating of up to 20,000 lbs. Model 100 swivel casters have a precision machined swivel bearing which provides easier swiveling, reduced swivel vibration, and longer trouble free performance. Given the very high weights involved, model 100 plate casters are moved primarily with mechanically powered equipment. Options include a cross bar welded between the legs for added strength against abuse, a face contact wheel brake to lock the wheel, and a swivel lock to convert a swivel caster into a rigid caster for straight line travel. There are lubrication fittings for all moveable parts, and the metal frames are zinc plated for rust resistance.
