Stainless Steel Plate Caster Model 3 is a light duty stainless steel plate caster capable of up to 300lbs of weight per caster depending on the wheels. The stainless casters are formed of stamped 304 stainless steel. These casters are ideal for use in corrosive or wet applications. This model comes standard with a dust cover on the swivel bearing and lubricated fittings for the moving parts. The center pin is a 1/2” stainless steel rivet and the axle diameter is 3/8”. Optional lube axle bolt is available with a grease fitting in the bolt head for lubricating the wheel. The swivel bearing consists of two rows of ball bearings for ease of swiveling. It also come standard with a metal cover shield to protect the swivel from dust and dirt.
Stainless Steel Model 3 has an electrolytic finishing for smoothness and polishing. This caster is NSF and ROHS compliant and is 100% washable.
Mounting plate is 2-3/8” x 3-5/8” and the hole pattern is slotted to : 1-3/4” x 2-7/8” – 3”. It is designed to use a mounting bolt size of 5/16”. High polish (mirror) finish is available upon request.
