Casters for Pharmaceutical 

Caster City prioritizes the pharmaceutical and laboratory industries by investing heavily in our inventory and manufacturing capabilities of stainless steel casters. Our stainless steel casters are designed for economy needs, exposure to chemicals and water, seals and bearing types that can withstand the frequent wear and tear of wash-downs and cleanings, as well as high-polish or other features you may need. Low-profile, standard duty, stem casters, leveling casters, high-temperature, and heavy duty casters are all available in stainless steel and designed for the most demanding applications where cleanliness comes first.

We have found that most Pharmaceutical and laboratories are looking for stainless plate casters and usually order Models Stainless 9, Plate and Stem Stainless Steel 3, and Plate Stainless G-15; which are below in the charts. We recommend that you only get casters with all-polyurethane blue or white nylon as those project floors the best and prevent marks. These are the most common casters we sell for this industry:

You should never select on the basis of load capacity alone. There is no industry standard for load capacity ratings and they may not include a factor for abuse. Our capacity ratings are below what the casters are capable of carrying because most applications have less than perfect conditions. Please refer to the information shown at the bottom of this page.
