The Polyurethane on Aluminum wheel is the best possible choice for this application if you a caster wheel with a long life and a smooth, quiet ride.  This non-marking polyurethane is easier to roll on smooth surfaces than soft rubber and protects the floor.  The rated capacity of this wheel is more than adequate to ensure long life for vintage oven usage.
