This economy stainless steel stem caster K3 is made from 304 stamped stainless steel and stands up to corrosive environments well, especially suitable for washdowns due to having an open design swivel bearing, which allows for less water to be collected in the raceways. This stainless steel stem caster uses a ⅜” diameter axle and the swivel caster raceway is held together by a ½” diameter rivet. Economy Stainless Steel Stem Caster Model K3 caster brackets have two rows of ball bearings rotating on raceways for smoother swiveling. This economy stainless steel caster is defined by lacking a metal dust cap over the swivel bearing or a grease fitting so that it will drain more thoroughly after a washdown.
