Textile Casters
These rugged cold forged textile casters are popular on production equipment in textile plants. They are recommended only for manually moved usage. Oversized spacers provide protection from string build-up and allow easy removal of string without removing the wheel. The thread guards prevent string from binding the wheel bearing.
Features:
  • Swivel Construction - cold forged top plate and yoke base from 1/4" steel.
    Swivel has double ball bearing with hardened raceways.
  • Center Pin - 5/8" diameter rivet.
  • Legs - 1/4" thick, welded outside only.
  • Axle - 1/2'' diameter bolt with lock nut.
  • Wheel Bearing - RB = Roller Bearing, PSBB = Precision Sealed Ball Bearings
  • Grease Fittings - for swivel.
  • Spacers - Oversized spacers provide protection from string build-up and allow easy removal of string without removing the wheel.
  • Thread Guards - The thread guards prevent string from binding the wheel bearing.
  • Finish - external metal parts are zinc plated
Mounting Plate - 4" x 4 1/2"
We suggest that you do NOT drill the mounting holes to attach the casters until you receive them.
We do NOT include mounting Hardware.

Deduct 1 lb. for weight of rigid caster.
You should never select on the basis of load capacity alone. Capacity ratings do not take into account the effort required to manually move a load. Capacity ratings are based on manual operation under ideal conditions. If these casters are going to be moved by mechanically powered equipment, consult us for a reduced capacity rating based on your application.
